My selection tool was working fine before, so I don’t think it is my graphic cards capabilities. I have listed the updates on my system above.

As for uninstalling previous KB versions, they are all old updates - I installed Windows 10 about 3 months after those updates so cannot find them on my system. I only have the Intel HD 4000 graphics card, so couldn’t change graphics cards.
